Cathy and husband T.R. live in Newnan where they raised three children and have two granddaughters along with their dog Roxie.

Community focused Atlanta Commercial Real Estate veteran with over $600m in lease/sales volume representing clients both locally and nationally.

For 20 years Cathy has been an invaluable team member with some of Atlanta’s most respected commercial real estate firms, including Cushman & Wakedfield, Newmark, Carter, SouthPort and Scotland Wright Associates. She helps clients develop and implement a real estate approach that supports and enhances their overall business goals and financial objectives.

Cathy has a broad range of commercial real estate experience that includes office tenant/buyer representation, industrial leasing, and medical office representation & leasing.

Community engagement is key to Cathy. She implemented Cushman Cares and served as Chairman for five years, where she led the Atlanta office of Cushman & Wakefield with community initiatives and organized onsite community engagement & serve projects for the company by partnering with nonprofit organizations. She continues to be involved in community engagement wherever she goes.

Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and has served on the ACBR Diversity & Inclusion Committee and Community Service Committee. Member of BWGL (Business Women's Golf League).

FUN FACT

Once owned and operated a professional photography studio and still an avid sunset chaser.

Born in Bennettsville, SC, but raised in small SC towns and Laurinburg, NC.
